Consultation

(Up to 2 hours) $250.00 

Property walk-thru to consult with furniture placement, décor and decluttering. A written report will follow that includes the walk-thru suggestions within 24 hours. The report will be emailed to both home owners and real estate agent.

PRICING AND INFORMATION

Introductory Stage

Starting at $425.00.

½ hour to 1 hour walk thru to get layout, furniture, pictures, pricing. This stage includes reorganizing and re-arranging spaces to maximize the potential, using the home owner’s decor and furniture only.

Premium Stage (Occupied Stage Only)

Starting at $800

½ hour to 1 hour walk thru to get layout, furniture, photos, pricing. This stage includes re-organizing and re-arranging spaces to maximize the potential, using the home owner’s décor and furniture plus the rental of our décor and small furniture.

Includes decor, lamps, greenery, artwork, pillows, linens and small furniture

*Prices can be tailored to your budget and needs. 


Add Ons

Photo Finish

(Up to ½ hour) $125.00

This includes the return prior to professional photos or an open house for a picture-perfect touch. (Ie. Removal of the alarm clock, washroom garbage)

Personal Shopper

$75 per hour

This includes meeting the home owner or shopping on their behalf at select home stores. This could include a home owner consultation prior to shopping that will be billed per hour. 

De-Cluttering

$125 per hour

De-Cluttering $125 per hour – This includes the removal of unnecessary or unused items at the home owner’s discretion. All supplies are additional to home owner or must be supplied by home owner prior to de-cluttering.
